What is the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning focuses on the recurring tasks agreed for your home. A deep clean addresses a more detailed checklist and areas needing extra attention. The exact tasks depend on the property and condition, so confirm the room-by-room scope rather than assuming every possible task is included.
Can you clean after my movers finish?
You can request moving and cleaning together and discuss the order with the team. An empty-home clean is generally easier to plan after loading is complete. Share both the moving schedule and handover deadline; availability and the cleaning scope are confirmed separately.
Are appliance interiors included?
Ask for oven, fridge, cabinet or other interior cleaning explicitly. These tasks can change the scope and time required. Tell us which appliances need attention and whether they will be empty and accessible. The agreed quote should say which interiors are included.
Do you publish a flat cleaning price?
Cleaning is quoted for the property and requested checklist. Room count, condition, access and extra tasks all matter. The moving prices displayed elsewhere on the site are vehicle packages, not house-cleaning rates. Send your details for a cleaning-specific quote.
What if I have sensitive surfaces or product preferences?
Flag natural stone, specialist finishes, allergies or product preferences when requesting the quote. Ask the team to confirm suitable products and methods before the visit. Do not assume a particular product or specialist treatment is available without checking.
Can I arrange regular cleaning?
You can request recurring cleaning and discuss a suitable frequency with the team. Share the room count, usual tasks, preferred days and access arrangements. Confirm availability and the checklist before booking, and flag any occasional deeper tasks separately so each visit has a clear scope.
