Moving across GTA and beyond

Your move.
Three clear steps.

A little planning now makes moving day easier. Here’s what happens from your first message to the last box.

Plan my move
Planning a move with a checklist beside packed boxes
  1. 01

    Tell us what’s moving

Send your two postal codes, preferred date and a room-by-room list. Include stairs, elevator bookings, parking access and photos of larger pieces.

  2. 02

    Agree on your quote

We discuss the vehicle, billable time and any extras before you book. Rates start at $100/hr with two movers. HST and packing materials are additional.

  3. 03

    Meet the crew

Keep your keys and essentials with you. The crew loads, transports and unloads your belongings. Tell us which rooms the boxes belong in, and check the move together before wrapping up.

Four things to sort before moving day.

  • 01

    Building access

Book elevators and loading spaces, check move-in hours and share access codes or concierge instructions. Confirm arrangements at both addresses.

  • 02

    Parking & the route in

Check where the vehicle can legally stop and measure awkward entrances if needed. Tell us about long walks, steps, tight turns and basement access.

  • 03

    Boxes & furniture

Label boxes by room, mark fragile contents and identify furniture needing assembly or disassembly. Keep parts and fittings with the correct item.

  • 04

    Your handover plan

Decide who meets the crew at each address, who has the keys and who can approve a change. Keep essentials and personal documents with you.

Build your moving checklist

From quote to moving day.

Know what to confirm, and what to prepare.

What happens after I request a quote?

The team reviews your route, date, inventory and access details and may ask for photos or clarification. You then agree on the vehicle, work included, billable time and extras. Submitting the website form is a quote request, not confirmation that a crew or date has been reserved.

Who arranges a condo elevator or loading space?

Check your building’s process and arrange the required reservations with management. Share the time window and access instructions with the team. Do this for both ends of the move. A moving booking does not automatically book building facilities or grant permission to park.

What if my item list or moving date changes?

Contact the team as soon as you know. More items, a different address or changed building access may affect the vehicle, schedule and quote. Ask for the revised details to be confirmed before proceeding. Availability and any booking-change conditions need to be checked for your reservation.

How should I prepare furniture?

Identify which pieces need taking apart and discuss the work with the team. Empty drawers or cabinets where appropriate, clear the access route and keep fittings labelled with their item. Furniture assembly and disassembly are listed in the moving packages; flag unusual pieces or specialist requirements in advance.

What should I check at the new home?

Have someone available to direct boxes and furniture to the right rooms. Keep doors and access routes clear, and check the agreed items and assembly tasks with the crew before wrapping up. Raise any concern promptly and ask the team about the applicable reporting or claims process.

Packing or cleaning, too?

Choose the help you need. We can discuss packing before your move and cleaning after the rooms are empty. These are quoted separately so the scope stays clear.
