Plan around the booking windows
A moving date is only one part of an apartment schedule. Add the earliest time you can enter the destination, the time the elevator reservation finishes and when keys must be handed back at pickup. If those times do not fit together, tell the team before agreeing to the move. Waiting time and travel billing should be discussed in the quote. Pack a small first-night bag separately and keep fragile personal items you want to supervise with you. Once the rooms are empty, cleaning can be arranged as an additional service, with a separate access plan for the cleaner rather than an assumption that the moving slot covers both visits.
