The move does not end when the vehicle reaches the right road. Someone needs to open the property, identify the rooms and agree where larger furniture will sit. Prepare simple room labels and keep the entrance clear of boxes unloaded early. If another delivery or tradesperson is expected, coordinate the use of the driveway and doors so the work does not conflict. Explain any time when access is unavailable before the booking is agreed. For cleaning after the move, identify the rooms that will be empty and arrange the access separately, including who is responsible for locking up afterward.
