Understand the hourly quote before booking
Ask how the billable clock starts and finishes, how travel or waiting is handled and whether a minimum booking applies. Those questions matter more than treating an hourly figure as a fixed total for the whole job. Describe the route and all requested stops accurately, then review the written scope with the team. If you want packing assistance, say which rooms remain unfinished and which materials you already have. If you want cleaning afterward, arrange that as a separate task with its own access. Keep essential personal items with you and label the boxes needed on the first evening so arrival is easier to organize.

Can you guarantee an arrival time from the driving distance?
A driving distance alone cannot guarantee arrival. Discuss your access deadlines with the team and allow for loading, traffic and the agreed route. The booking should reflect the actual schedule rather than a fixed time inferred from a map.
What does the hourly rate include in Brock?
Two movers, a vehicle, fuel, mileage, furniture assembly and disassembly, and insurance are listed in every moving package. Ask about the applicable coverage terms. HST and packing materials are additional, and the final total depends on billable time.
Is sending a quote request the same as booking?
No. A request starts the conversation. The team reviews the date, inventory and access, then discusses the price and scope with you. Availability and the booking details need to be agreed before the move is reserved.
Can I add packing or cleaning to this move?
Yes. Specify the rooms, items or cleaning tasks you want help with. These services are quoted separately from the vehicle package. Tell us whether you already have boxes and whether the cleaning space will be empty when access is available.
What if the inventory changes after I get a quote?
Send the revised list and any new photos before moving day. Extra furniture, another address or different access can affect the vehicle and expected time. The team can review the change with you so the agreed scope remains clear.
