Prepare both properties before the crew travels
If the two homes are quite different, document both rather than concentrating only on the pickup. A wide driveway at one address does not tell the team anything about stairs at the other. Provide the person meeting the crew, any agreed key handover time and the rooms where furniture belongs. If an additional stop is required, include its address and access details in the initial request. Keep a small group of essentials with you, and mark boxes that should be unloaded early. What does the hourly rate include in Caledon?

Send the revised list and any new photos before moving day. Extra furniture, another address or different access can affect the vehicle and expected time. The team can review the change with you so the agreed scope remains clear.
