Plan the move around your home.
A condo with a booked elevator needs a different plan from a house with a basement full of furniture. Share the details early so the quote reflects your actual move.
Access at both addresses
Include stairs, elevator reservations, loading areas and the walk from the vehicle to the door. Tell us about building move-in hours before choosing a time.
The help you actually need
Choose a full move with a vehicle, or ask for loading and unloading help if you have your own truck. Packing and cleaning can be discussed separately.
Before the crew arrives

What is included in your hourly moving rate?
The published packages include two movers, a moving vehicle, fuel and mileage, furniture assembly and disassembly, and insurance. Rates are $100, $120 or $130 per hour depending on the vehicle package. HST and packing materials are extra. Minimum booking time, travel-time billing and any other agreed extras are confirmed before you book.
Do you move condos and apartments across the GTA?
Yes. Tell us the floor, stairs or elevator access, loading location and any building booking requirements at both addresses. Arrange the elevator and loading space with building management. Sending those details with the inventory helps the team plan the move and discuss billable time.
Can I book just the loading and unloading?
You can request moving help when you already have a rental vehicle or need furniture moved within a property. Labour-only work is quoted for the item list and access. The advertised vehicle packages should not be assumed to be the price for every labour-only job.
Do I have to pack everything myself?
You can ask for packing help for selected rooms, fragile belongings or the whole home. Tell us how much is already packed and what supplies you have. Packing labour, materials and timing are agreed in the quote; materials are not included in the moving hourly rate.
How do I choose a vehicle size?
Start with your home size, then add the approximate box count and photos of larger items. The small package is intended for smaller loads, the medium package for one- to two-bedroom moves, and the large package for larger household loads. These are planning guides; the actual inventory determines what fits.
What does the included insurance cover?
Insurance is listed in the published moving packages. Ask the team for the applicable coverage, exclusions and claims process before booking, especially for valuable or unusual items. We do not publish an unverified coverage amount or describe every item as automatically covered.
